BODY, MIND & SOUL

Our body is an outstanding source of strength; our mind is an incredible power of intelligence & the soul a remarkable source of power. Now how these 3 are interconnected & by keeping these 3 elements fit we can live a healthy life.

BODY:

Our body is made up of five basics elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether (Sky). The body is perishable. It is just a structure of bones, muscles, nerves, cells, etc. through which we do our actions. Our actions are directed towards satisfying our desires that are highlighted through a sense of light, smell, taste, touch & hearing. But to do our action rightly, we have to keep this body fit & pound.

MIND:

The mind is the CPU-z of our body system which directs our body to finish the tasks. Our mind is a complicated structure of nerves which receives signal & then allow our body to perform the work. There are different parts of the mind that are responsible for our feelings, emotional intelligence, sensation such as anger, love, happiness, sadness, joy, etc. It is our mindset by which we can do any hard work in this world. Our thoughts, ideas processed in our mind & our mind give them space to do actions accordingly. If we keep our mind healthy then we can take the right steps towards our success.

SOUL:

The soul is our inn voice which reflects ourselves. Our soul always shows the right path to us. Everyone has some divine powers from where light comes & enlighten ourselves & that light comes from our soul. Our soul is eternal which never dies. It is our soul which makes us a responsible person towards our action. Sincerity, harmony, NASW code of ethics comes from inner parts which are the soul.

You can keep our body healthy by taking a healthy & balanced diet, by doing Yoga, Exercises, Running & Walking should be an integral part of our workout. You can keep our minds healthy by keeping our bodies healthy firstly. One should have pure & clean thinking which should be productive. As it is a famous quote that a “ healthy mind resides in a healthy body,” so if we are physically fit then we will be mentally fit & our soul may get pure by positive thoughts, stay happy, see this beautiful world positively, helping each other’s, do our work sincerely & also right actions. Being a responsible person we can flourish our positivity in this society & make this world a better place to live. The quality of your life depends on how you will manage your body, your mind, your emotions, your soul, your situations, your life in general & the world.
